With over 20 years of transactional experience in Commercial Real Estate, Paige Coker Heiman offers her clients a wealth of industry expertise and an uncommon business acumen working on larger institutional deals.

An astute listener, innovative deal architect, and natural problem-solver, Paige is deeply committed to going above-and-beyond the call of duty in assisting her clients with all facets of commercial real estate, including tenant representation, asset sales, agency relationships, and land development.

She loves working on complex, off-market, multi-layered, multi-stakeholder transactions and especially enjoys identifying creative solutions to help her clients secure financing, overcome zoning issues, cut through political tape, and negotiate favorable agreement terms.

Paige began her career in commercial real estate when she was hired at The Colorado Group in 1995. While there, she quickly earned a reputation as a top producer in the company and a trusted advisor to her clients. She also earned her credentials as a Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM)–an accomplishment made even more impressive given that she since she was only 25 years old when she earned it.

In 2004, Paige set out to start her own company—not surprising considering her parents are entrepreneurs. That’s when she founded Acquire, Inc., a full-service brokerage firm dedicated to customer retention and best-in-class service. Since starting the firm, Paige has personally completed 400+ transactions with a closing value of $200+ million. Clients frequently compliment her on the breadth of her industry knowledge, creative problem solving skills, and ability to negotiate deals where everyone feels like a winner.

Paige is a graduate of University of Colorado where she earned her degree in Psychology. When she’s not working she enjoys spending time with her family.
