Paige Coker Heiman is the founder and innovator of Acquire. With over fifteen years of trial and refinement in real estate, Paige has created a single vision (see Our Philosophy) that today has made Acquire one of the leading real estate companies of the Front Range. Paige uses her leadership skills and her pro-active and quick to act abilities to enhance her Team of brokers dedication, commitment and passion to see the deal to completion, often leaving more cumbersome companies in her wake.

Paige's commitment and passion to the Real Estate Field has driven her to achieve the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member. Being a CCIM means she is an expert in the disciplines of financial analysis, market analysis, investment and user decision analysis for commercial and investment real estate -- a Designation reserved for only 6 percent of the commercial real estate practitioners nationwide.

As a former principal, director and Senior Broker of The Colorado Group, Paige was a top producing broker. While at The Colorado Group, Paige used her leadership and entrepreneurship to provide more value to the company by creating a fresher image to their look and feel.

With her significant expertise in real estate, Paige actively represents tenants and buyers in negotiating and securing office, Medical, retail, restaurant, Industrial and Research & Development sites. She represents building owners in negotiating leases and/or sales of their properties. In addition, she brokers commercial land and investment properties for buyers and sellers throughout The Front Range.

Recent Closings

  • Represented Boulder Rural Fire Protection District in acquiring the building at 6230 Lookout Road for their new fire station in February 2010.
  • Represented Rally Software Development Corp. in leasing 61,000 SF at 4001 Discovery Drive, Boulder.
  • Represented Chef Bradford Heap in leasing the former Tom's Tavern site for the addition of his new restaurant, Salt, in Downtown Boulder on the corner of 11th and Pearl Street. In addition, she represented Chef Bradford Heap and The Tastes Great Corp. in the purchase of the Le Chantecler Restaurant, now Colterra, in Niwot, Colorado. Tastes Great purchased both the real estate and business interest in the fall of 2006.
  • Represented the Seller of 4775 Walnut in the sale of a 99,149 SF building.
  • Represented the Buyer of approximately 6.5 Acres at Colorado Technology Center in Louisville in the summer of 2008.
  • Represented Naropa University in the sale of 909 14th Street and 2333 Arapahoe Avenue.
  • Represented First Christian Church in the acquisition of their new location in Lafayette, purchased in October 2008 and will lease back to existing tenant until Spring 2010.
  • Represented Dion Mercantile, LLC in purchasing 1812 Boxelder at Colorado Technology Center for the new home of Collins Machine and Manufacturing, Inc. in October 2008.
  • Represented the Buyers in the purchase of a 38,000 SF office building at 2525 28th Street and acted as Landlord's Representation to renew existing tenants as well as lease 28,000 SF in 2009.

Personal

Paige is originally from Eugene, Oregon and currently resides in Boulder with her husband, Paul. She is an avid swimmer and runner and enjoys traveling & reading.

Jill Rose Franklund

Assistant

Jill has been recruited to assist in the daily operations of Acquire and maintain the high standards the Acquire clientele have come to expect. With more than a decade of experience in luxury residential real estate, Jill is a veteran transaction coordinator with beneficial knowledge of Colorado Real Estate law and hands-on experience in the luxury real estate field. For more than 15 years, Jill has been the wife and business partner of Scott Franklund, a leading luxury real estate agent in Boulder County. Together the Franklunds created the highly acclaimed Legendary Properties which became part of Sotheby's International Realty in 2004. Until recently, Jill served as the contractual coordinator for Legendary and Scott Franklund personally. When dealing with luxury transactions, her responsibilities included carefully orchestrating all aspects of the contracts from buyers to sellers, lenders to title companies, and frequently communicating with client's lawyers through the process. Jill will capitalize on these skills to enhance the experience of Acquire's clientele and ensure each client will benefit from her knowledge and expertise.

Jill and Scott are the proud parents of two beautiful daughters. Jill's passions include her family, riding horses, and celebrating life with her daughters. Jill is an active volunteer for Blue Sky Bridge, a child and family advocacy program in Boulder.

Chief Operations Officer

Paul Heiman is Chief Operations Officer for Acquire, Acquire Home and Acquire Vacations. Paul oversees all daily operations of the companies financial planning and managerial & marketing functions. Paul's background includes managing one of GE Access' largest accounts (IBM), generating over $155 million dollars in sales per year, managing, mentoring and developing career paths for sales representatives.

Paul, an owner in Bachelor Gulch, Colorado saw an opportunity in the luxury rental market where Acquire Vacations can offer something better, fresher and with more value. Acquire Vacations accomplishes this by offering exceptional customer service by collaborating and acquiring an extensive network of travel professionals. Acquire Vacations superb and current knowledge and information keeps our clients abreast of emerging opportunities.
