PAIGE COKER HEIMAN, CCIMFounder & Managing BrokerPaige Coker Heiman is the founder and innovator of Acquire. As a former principal, director and Senior Broker of The Colorado Group, Paige was a top producing broker. While at The Colorado Group, Paige used her leadership and entrepreneurship to provide more value to the company by creating a fresher image to their look and feel. Kimberly BaldwinAssociate Broker, Acquire Home Kimberly is an associate broker with Acquire Home, recently "retiring" from her 8-year professional cycling career. A four-time US National Champion, her last 4 years consisted of racing on the German-based T-Mobile cycling team, living and racing all over Europe. She is happy to be back home in Boulder, however, her home since 1992. Kimberly hails from Wisconsin and earned her Bachelor's degree from Valparaiso University in International Economics and Business. She then moved out to Colorado and earned her Master's in International Environmental Policy Analysis from the University of Denver. Kimberly is still an active cyclist and runner, trying to keep up with her 2-time US National Champion husband, Chris, a professional cyclist with the Toyota-United cycling team. Scott leakasAssociate Broker, Acquire Scott, an Associate Broker for Acquire, focuses on leasing and Investment Sales with emphasis on single-tenant and multi-tenant retail in the northwest Denver Metro sub-market. Scott has been involved in commercial real estate since 2000 and is a licensed appraiser in the state of Colorado. Scott is also a CCIM candidate pursuing his designation to further provide investment analysis expertise to his clients. A resident of Boulder since 1981, Scott graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder and enjoys all that the City, the Front Range, and the State have to offer. Scott has replaced his "adrenaline addiction" with the excitement he sees in the real estate game. Steve SimsAssociate Broker, Acquire Steve, an Associate Broker for Acquire, is a Colorado native who was born in Denver and raised in Ft. Collins. He graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1990. Steve received his real estate license from the State of Colorado in 1991 and his M.B.A. from theThunderbird School of Global Management in Glendale, Arizona in 1992. In addition to his role as a real estate broker, Steve has personally been involved in investing, remodeling, and developing real estate in the Boulder area for many years. Before Steve’s career in real estate, he worked for a ski race promotion company, owned a travel and outdoor sports publishing business, and taught English in Santiago, Chile. Steve enjoys the adventure of traveling abroad and his favorite activities include basketball, softball, skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and golf. Steve and his wife, Alissa, are the proud parents of two young boys, Evan (5 years old) and Logan (3 years old), and their twin one year olds, Connor and Grant, who bring lots of energy and excitement to their home. Sarajane GoodfellowAssists in all of Acquire’s commercial real estate transactions. While at M.D.C. Holdings, Inc., Sarajane researched and presented environmental reports, marketing data, land plans, and government documentation to support land acquisitions. Her experience also includes managing The Koll Company’s Denver portfolio consisting of commercial and industrial buildings. She managed the construction of tenant improvements for over 650,000 square feet; handling the bidding process by working directly with contractors and maintaining relationships with tenants. Originally from Dallas, Texas, Sarajane is happy to call Colorado her home. Sarajane earned her Bachelor’s degree from the Burns School of Real Estate at the University of Denver, majoring in Real Estate/Construction Management. Christy ColettAssociate Broker, Acquire Chirsty, an Associate Broker for Acquire, is a licensed Colorado realtor and assists in all facets of commercial and residential real estate. Her background includes compiling current market trends and statistics, running financial and occupancy analysis, negotiating leases and contracts, conducting contractor negotiations, supervising tenant build outs, and coordinating tours.
Paul S. Heiman. M.A.Chief Operations Officer Paul Heiman is Chief Operations Officer for Acquire, Acquire Home and Acquire Vacations. Paul oversees all daily operations of the companies financial planning and managerial & marketing functions. Paul's background includes managing one of GE Access' largest accounts (IBM), generating over $155 million dollars in sales per year, managing, mentoring and developing career paths for sales representatives. Paul, an owner in Bachelor Gulch, Colorado saw an opportunity in the luxury rental market where Acquire Vacations can offer something better, fresher and with more value.
