Paige Coker Heiman, CCIM represented Hunter-Nicole, LLC, in the purchase of a 43,000 square foot industrial building on 2.77 acres in May of 2007. 

2900 Center Green Court South, Boulder

Paige Coker Heiman, CCIM represented the Sellers, THW Partners, LP, in the sale of the 18,861 SFoffice building in February of 2007. The Buyers are an investment group.

1140 W. South Boulder Road, Lafayette

Acquire recently represented SWB Presidio, LP in the acquisition of a 16,000 square foot office building in Lafayette as an investment.

210 Franklin Street, Niwot

Paige Coker Heiman, CCIM represented Chef Bradford Heap and Tastes Great Corp. in the purchase of the Le Chantecler restaurant in Niwot. Tastes Great Corp. purchased both the real estate and the business in October of 2006.

1327 Spruce Street, Boulder

Paige Coker Heiman, CCIM represented MTLB, LLC in the acquisition of a downtown Boulder office building at 1327 Spruce Street in September of 2006. MTLB relocated their offices to the site.

2333 Arapahoe Avenue, Boulder

Paige Coker Heiman, CCIM represented Naropa University in the sale of a former Dairy Queen site to a Denver developer. The property sold in April of 2006.

Conestoga Court Business Park

Randolph Enterprises, LLC, Scott Leakas' client, recently purchased new office space at Conestoga Court Business Park. Randolph Enterprises is occupying 5,357 square feet.

Lease Transactions

AeroSolutions, LLC

Paige Coker Heiman, CCIM represented AeroSolutions, LLC in leasing new office space for expansion at 5500 Flatiron Parkway at Flatiron Park. Their new office is 12,941 RSF and they will move into their new space in the second quarter of 2008.

University Parent Magazines, Inc.

Paige Coker Heiman, CCIM represented University Parent Magazines, Inc. in leasing a new office space for expansion at 939 Pearl Street. University Parent Magazines will move into their new 7,610 SF downtown office space in the first quarter of 2008.

NewFields

Paige Coker Heiman, CCIM represented NewFields Boulder, LLC in leasing a new office space at 2500 55th Street in Flatiron Park. NewFields will move into their new 10,491 SF office space in the first quarter of 2008.

Entegrity Wind Systems

Paige Coker Heiman, CCIM represented Entegrity Wind Systems in leasing a new office space at 4855 Riverbend Place. Entegrity Wind moved to their new office in October 2007.

Sky Blue Enterprises signed a lease for 7,487 SF at 4775 Walnut. Paige Coker Heiman, CCIM represented the Landlord, THW Partners, LP.

Paige Coker Heiman, CCIM represented Boulder Foot & Ankle Clinic in leasing a new office space at 3000 Center Green where they will occupy 2,606 SF.

Rally Software Development Corp., Boulder

Paige Coker Heiman, CCIM represented Rally Software in leasing a new office space at 3333 Walnut Street. Rally occupies 29,570 square feet.

HW Home, Greenwood Village

The Landmark in Greenwood Village, a new mixed use project combining upscale retail and residential, welcomes HW Home in the fall of 2007. Paige Coker Heiman, CCIM represented HW in securing a lease at their 4th location.

976 W. Dillon Rd., Louisville

Innovative Endeavors, LLC signed a lease for 3,980 SF of retail space at 976 W. Dillon in Louisville for a new scrapbooking store, Cut it Out! Paige Coker Heiman, CCIM represented the Landlord, BDC Development.

Amadeus Consulting Group, Inc., Boulder

Flatiron Park welcomed Paige Coker Heiman, CCIM’s client, Amadeus, to 1995 N. 57th Street in July of 2006. Amadeus is a growing software company that occupies 10,798 square feet.

6325 Gunpark Drive, Gunbarrel

The Stoker Group signed a sublease for 13,417 SF of flex space at the Point II building in Gunbarrel. Paige Coker Heiman, CCIM represented the Sublandlord, BI, Inc.

Kimberly Baldwin's client, H2K, LLC, signed a lease for 3,250 SF of retail space at 1831 Pearl Street. This great downtown location is great for their hip, vibrant hair salon.
