33,960 Square Foot Building Sells in CTC

LOUISVILLE - A 33, 960 square foot building at 1812 Boxelder Street in the Colorado Technology Center was sold on November 21, 2011 to Etkin Johnson Group. The building is the former home to Collins Machine & Manufacturing and was acquired by Dion Brothers Mercantile in 2008 to allow for the expansion of Collins Machine & Manufacturing. According to a recent article in the Boulder County Business Report, Boulder Wind Power is negotiating a deal to relocate to 1812 Boxelder Street in an effort to gain more space than they currently occupy in Boulder.
